Premium Margaret River Wine Tour - Cruise Visitors Only

Experience a well-rounded taste of the Margaret River region with our intimate group tour, designed for visitors arriving at the Busselton Jetty via cruise ship.

• Pick up from the Busselton Visitors Centre, with the final destination on the tour being Shelter Brewery, both of which are at the foot of the Busselton Jetty.

Tour duration: 6 hours (approx) 

Departure: 10:00am* OR 1 hour after scheduled ship arrival time (whichever is later) 

Return: 4:00pm* OR 1 hour before scheduled ship departure time (whichever is earlier)

Tour duration, departure time and return time may be adjusted on the day to accommodate the needs of cruise passengers to ensure you can make the most of your day in Margaret River, whilst also ensuring a stress-free return to Busselton Jetty.  

*Regatta Cruise arriving on 12 January 2025, tour departure will be 9:00am, returning back to Busselton Jetty by 3:00pm.

Terms and Conditions

By booking this tour, all participants agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. This tour is an all inclusive tour for visitors arriving to Busselton via cruise ship, with tour duration and pick-up drop off times subject to change according to ship disembarkation and departure times.  Passengers will be notified via text message of exact pick up times 24 hours before scheduled departure, along with any changes on the day of departure where necessary.

2. Your tour includes guided tastings at three wineries plus a gourmet two course lunch with complimentary glass of wine of your choice. Additional beverages or upgraded tastings fees shall be at your own cost.

3. In addition to quality and experience, the venues we visit on our tours are determined based on a number of factors, including venue availability, weather, distance and suitability for cruise passengers with time constraints.  We reserve the right to visit places that are different those shown in our sample itineraries and on our website without notice.   

4. Tour duration is 6 hours with the final stop at Shelter Brewery, the iconic brewery at the foot of the Busselton Jetty. 

5. Dietary requirements, accessibility needs or other special requests must be advised no less than 7 days before your tour. If you have dietary restrictions or food allergies, it is your responsibility to re-confirm this directly with the restaurant upon your arrival at the venue.

6. No shows or cancellations made with less than 7 days notice are non-refundable. You may be eligible for a partial or full refund if you give more than 7 days notice. Refer to our full cancellation policy for further details. 

7. Minimum Participants: We require a minimum of 4 participants to proceed with a tour. In the very rare occasion that we have to cancel your tour for any reason, we will work with you to find an alternative date or offer you a refund.  We will also do our best to help you find an alternative tour provider.

8.  Passenger Cancellations: We understand that things happen so we have a cancellation policy that gives you as much flexibility as our small business can reasonably afford. If you give us more than 14+ days notice, we are happy to offer you a full refund.  If you give us between 7 and 14 days notice we can offer a 50% refund. If you give us less than 7 days notice or are a 'no show', no refund will be available.  The closer we get to the tour date, the less likely it is that we will be able to resell your spot if you have to cancel, so our refund policy protects our business from unrecoverable losses.  Notice period is calculated from 10:30am on the date of your scheduled tour, and any refunds are exclusive of booking fees. 9. Cruise Ship Cancellations: If, for any reason, your cruise ship is unable to dock on the day of your scheduled tour date, we will first work with you to reschedule your tour.  If your tour is unable to be rescheduled for any reason or if the cruise ship is unable to dock at Busselton Jetty at all, you will be entitled to a refund. Your refund shall be calculated net of any unrecoverable deposits paid for your lunch and booking fees paid to third party booking agents. 

10. Consumption of alcohol during the tour is at the participant’s own discretion and responsibility.  Alcohol consumption is not permitted for persons under the age of 18.

11. Participants must adhere to the instructions provided by the tour guide and must treat our staff, other participants and venue staff with respect.  Rude or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.

12. We shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the tour.
